Dear Heather,
I think my baby might be an anchor baby. On Tuesday, she threw herself about my husband's ankle, screeching at high decibels and wouldn't let go. Then, on Wednesday, she was so fussy, we didn't leave the house, all day. All this political talk about making anchor babies illegal has me worried. Is my baby an anchor baby? Sure feels like it. If so, what should I do?

Dear Moored Mother,
Hang in there. This phase won't last forever. The baby will soon be walking on their own, and next thing you know, stealing the family car to go out to parties with high school friends whose parents are out of town. I hope this eases your mind a little.
