Do you feel bad for Ed McMahon? He's about to lose his house.

Dear Tim,
No, but I do think he needs help. He is over $800,000 behind in his mortgage payments. Even people who sign up for Publisher's Clearinghouse know that there's a time to
downsize, and the time for Ed McMahon came about $750,000 ago. I think he needs therapy and I don't mean physical therapy for his neck. He's crazy if he doesn't see that he should just downsize and move into an apartment.
