I have a pose that I recommend to others who are in advanced stages of flexibility-the Jackknife. You might have heard about it-it was made famous by Mousy Kincaid. Basically, it is a forward lunge accompanied by a lightening bolt arm gesture similar to John Travolta's seminal stance in Saturday Night Fever. You can burn a lot of calories with this move. But remember, both arms and legs must move in unison. Stretch before and afterward as injuries can occur.
