Since learning John McCain's favorite song is Dancing Queen by ABBA, I can't stop thinking about voting for him. How do I make this thought go away?

Dear Pam,
Have you tried to visualize him dancing to the song, singing it to his wife, or perhaps performing it live in a karaoke bar? Give that a try and see if it works.
