Dating Someone New

Dear Heather,
Say someone is pursuing you at work or on the phone or through e-mail or through text messaging and, in my case, it's all of the above. This person is very aggressive. What if you like them as a friend, but don't want to be involved romantically. What do you say?
Suzi,

Suzi,
You don't know how many times I've been asked this. Everyone experiences an unwanted advance at some point in their lives and if you're a woman, it's a lot more often that you'll be stalked than if you're a man. Gender issues aside, what you can do is simply tell this person you'd like to remain friends with them, but you aren't attracted to them romantically. This will make them seethe inside, and their ego will be crushed, particularly if they're a Leo or a Scorpio. But in the end, if they're a decent person, they'll just give up and go on to the next person. This is the beauty of our random universe.
With cosmic sincerity,
Heather
